I was 6 years old, my mother past away. Soon after I lost my first grandmother, then my father, an uncle, my grandfather and a few friends all in just a few years. More recently I had to work through the loss of my spirit child which shook me to a new level of loss.

The understanding of GRIEF hit me very young and then again as I have moved into my adulthood, I realized that to stay connected with the souls that I love I had to figure out how to work through all the love I have to give.

That love sometimes can be so overwelming that we tend to push aside our feelings and memories. Which in the end hurts us even more.

Through the pages of this book I invite you to explore those feelings, those memories, the things that were said, and the things left unsaid.

To take time and document the important moments, before they fade away.
