Booking & Payment Questions

How do I book a session?

1️⃣ Select the session or package that best fits your needs.
2️⃣ Click the "Book Now" button to complete your payment first.
3️⃣ After payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with a scheduling link to choose your session time. ( This may take up to 48 hours)

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options. If you need an alternative payment method, please reach out before booking.
( Venmo @ShanShine and CashApp $Shantastic are also options but will need to be processed outside of my website.)

Do you offer refunds or rescheduling?

Sessions are non-refundable, but I understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new time that works. You may also gift purchased sessions to friends and family.

Session Questions

What’s the difference between a Soul Session and a Soul Journey?

• Soul Sessions are great for clarity, quick guidance, and energetic support. These are shorter, focused sessions.

• Soul Journeys dive much deeper into healing, past life exploration, and quantum healing techniques for transformation.

If you’re unsure which is best, feel free to book a Soul Session first or contact me with any questions.

What happens during a session?

Each session is unique! Depending on what you need, we may explore:

✨ Past life, Akashic Record, or Quantum healing journeys
✨ Energy clearing & chakra balancing
✨ Inner child & emotional healing work

Before we begin, I’ll ask what you're hoping to receive, and we’ll follow the energy from there.

Do I need to prepare for my session?

To get the most out of your session:
✅ Find a quiet, comfortable space
✅ Have a journal or notes app ready for insights
✅ Set an intention for what you’d like to explore
✅ Be hydrated and avoid stimulants like caffeine right before

For deep Soul Journeys, you may also want to meditate briefly before we start.

What if I’ve never done this kind of work before?

No problem! My sessions are open to everyone—whether you're completely new to energy healing or a seasoned soul explorer. I’ll guide you through everything so you feel comfortable and supported.

Do I have to believe in past lives or energy work for this to work?

Not at all! Whether you see past lives as literal experiences or symbolic stories, the healing process still works. Energy healing and intuitive sessions meet you where you are, and you’ll take away what resonates most for you.

Mentorship & Multi-Session Packages

What is the Monthly Mentorship?

The mentorship is for those wanting consistent guidance and deep transformation over time. It includes:

🔹 Ongoing Telegram or text support for questions & insights
🔹 Personalized practices & guidance tailored to your journey

How do multi-session packages work?

If you choose a healing package, you’ll have multiple sessions to go deeper over time.
After purchasing, I’ll send you a link to schedule each session at your own pace.

Miscellaneous Questions

Can I book a session for someone else?

Yes! If you’d like to gift a session, just purchase it as usual and email me at [contact.shannonshine@gmail.com] with the recipient’s name and contact info.

Do you do in-person sessions?

Currently, all sessions are held online via Zoom so I can work with clients anywhere in the world.
I do offer pop-up days if you are a business looking to book me for your venue or event. Please feel free to reach out for more information.
